Most recently while Head of Organizational Integration at Morningstar Inc., I created strategic alignment across business lines to optimize organizational initiatives to drive for scale & adoption, leading to organizational cohesiveness.
I sat on the Executive & Leadership team at Sustainalytics for 8 years, helping lead significant company global growth (by revenues, clients, staff & products). I was a key member of the team that ultimately led the company through integration into Morningstar.
Along with being an impact investor and advisor, I sit on the board of Chefs For Impact, a non-profit organization focused on food sustainability, and I founded SustainableMe!, a platform that brings sustainability education to people in the context of their everyday lives.
Through my experiences I‘ve learnt that while it’s extremely important to help investors drive their capital to companies that are addressing issues such as climate change and diversity and inclusion efforts, it is also important to mobilize the other key stakeholders in this ecosystem; companies and consumers. Companies need to meaningfully start offering sustainable solutions to people at scale and consumers need to have the knowledge to demand for those sustainable solutions.
